This dress was worn at my wedding in 2011. It has been stored without opening the box since it was returned from the dry cleaners. It is a slightly cream-colored silk fabric with a kasuri-like pattern. The shape is distinctive, a mermaid-style dress with an overskirt that can also be layered to create an A-line silhouette. The detachable overskirt allowed for a change of look during the reception or for the after-party. Photos 4 and 5 show the dress without the overskirt. The asymmetrical cut of the neckline and back is also a feature, making the chest and back look very beautiful. I remember it was a new design at the time, and the price was about 400,000 yen. I have listed it as having some scratches and stains, as there are scuff marks on the hem (which look like pills and may be removable with care) and yellowing on the right side (photo 8). I think neither would be noticeable when worn. It can still be worn, so would it be suitable for someone who fits the size, or for photoshoots? I am 165cm tall and wore it with heels about 5cm high. As shown in the photos, I would like to sell it to someone who doesn't mind the wrinkles from storage and other minor details. It will be shipped in the box shown in photo 10 with simple packaging.
