This is a Northwave custom heel plate. The color indicates the stiffness, which corresponds to high arch and normal arch support. It is placed under the insole for adjustment. If it tends to slip, it can be secured with double-sided tape for stability. Orange: High arch Blue: Normal arch I used it for size 25cm, but I think it has a wide range of usable sizes.
