This is a Descente t-shirt released at the 2018 National Sports Festival (Kokutai) in Fukui. It's a popular item released every year, and since it's no longer available, it's first-come, first-served. I haven't worn it much because the size was too small, and it's been stored. I've worn it about 2-3 times.
