I feel that the vest has faded slightly from washing (because it's cotton). If purchased at the regular price, the total would be over 20,000 yen. Owlet seems to be almost exclusively made-to-order, so you don't see it very often, but I think the quality is about the same as Familiar. I think they are in good condition, so I think you can use them for elementary school entrance exam prep classes, mock exams, and the actual exam.
