I've only tried it on, but the tag has been removed and is not included. Since it's not fragile, I plan to fold it, put it in a waterproof plastic bag, and then put it in an envelope for mailing. I will fold it to a size that can be mailed. If you have a preferred packaging method, the price will be adjusted accordingly. Please let me know in the comments beforehand.
