Playback of recorded tapes was also OK (VHS, DV). Both worked. VHS-DV dubbing confirmed, with good image and sound quality. 2) Other general operations (using the front panel controls) were confirmed to be OK. 3) General operations with the included remote control (SONY VHS remote) were confirmed to be OK. 4) This remote control is for VHS, so switching between VHS/DV requires operation on the main unit. The exterior has some minor scratches on the front panel and top cover, but overall it is in good condition. Included items: Power cord, substitute remote control, instruction manual (PDF data burned onto a DVD). For initial defects, repairs will be provided for items reported within 3 days of arrival.
