I purchased this obi for around 450,000 yen at a kimono shop several years ago, but I never had the opportunity to wear it, so I kept it in storage. It's a gorgeous Karaori fukuro obi with designs of wisteria, cherry blossoms, plum blossoms, camellias, chrysanthemums, pine, maple leaves, and treasures. The front pattern is the same as the otaiko (back pattern). It can be elegantly paired with visiting kimonos, tsukesage kimonos, and iromuji (single-colored kimonos).
