You can adjust the resistance infinitely, so how about using it to build up your leg strength for spring? There's some paint drips from painting the garage, and there are rust and scratches since it was used outdoors. Please refer to my profile and understand the condition before considering a purchase. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition. I found a cycle computer I was using, so I'll include it. It's not the type that measures cadence, but I used it on the rear wheel to manage accumulated distance, speed, etc. Please provide your own batteries.
