I'm not sure how many there are, but I have combined the picture cards and the letter cards. The picture card for "ri" is missing. There are many cards with voiced sounds, so there are more cards than the other karuta set I'm selling. The case is also thicker. Pictures or letters are printed on both sides of all the cards. The picture cards are very cute. There is some soiling and folding, but I think they are relatively clean. They are from about 40 to 50 years ago.
