The waist is elastic, so they are easy to put on and take off. There are no noticeable stains or dirt, but there is some pilling on the gray fabric of the elastic waistband. Please be aware of this before purchasing. I have not used fabric softener when washing. There may be some folding wrinkles from storage, but please understand. Please use these this summer!
