This is a smartphone mount called "Clicker" sold by Oxford. It's compatible with a pipe diameter of 25mm, but if you'd like, I can include a rubber sheet to adjust the fit. I used this on my motorcycle for a while, and it worked perfectly without breaking or coming loose. (The reason I took it off was because I decided I didn't need to keep the mount on my bike all the time, not because I had a negative impression of the product.) Thank you.
