This is the text from the old radio program "Million People's English." The April issue came with a flexi disc (!) featuring part of President Jimmy Carter's inaugural address (I've never played it. I don't know if it still works). There are no visible markings, but there's a cutout that seems to be from an application (see photo). It's full of nostalgia, with a column by a young Kumiko Torikai and a cover featuring Olivia Newton-John.
