This is a keychain watch from the Tokyo Bay cruising restaurant "Symphony." It has a design modeled after a ship's helm. The words "SYMPHONY TOKYO BAY CRUISE" and an illustration of a ship are depicted on it. I received this item many years ago and used it a few times before storing it in a dark place. There are no scratches on the surface, but there are scratches on the back as shown in the second image. The battery has stopped, so you will need to replace it before using it.
