This is a very cute drawstring-style shoulder bag with a black and off-white polka dot pattern. No lining. However, the shoulder strap is twisted from the beginning (purchased online). The other day, I saw someone else with the same? bag, and their shoulder strap was also twisted, so I'm wondering if it's not a defect, but rather the design? Please refer to the photos for the size, as it's measured by a non-professional. I bought it, but I've never used it and it's been stored in my closet.
