The versatility of the insulated pants and lower body sleeping bag, serving two roles with one piece of gear, has been maintained, and it has evolved to be usable in a wider range of situations. ■ Reliable warmth and resistance to wetness The material uses Primaloft® ACTIVE, the same material that has gained a strong following in the CORE series. It uses a thicker 125/m thickness (same as the core + model) than the popular vests and tights as winter base layers. By eliminating the lining fabric, the Primaloft threads directly touch the skin, allowing for excellent heat transfer, and you can feel the warmth from the moment you put them on. When connected to the Foot Pod, it can also be used as a lower body sleeping bag, and you can expect the same warmth as the Mountain Core 125 or Mountain Raid 100. ■ The best comfortable feel and stretch performance It is resistant to getting wet, so it is also useful for bad weather and hiking in the mountains. With tights, it's a hassle to take them off in the middle, but the Rotor Pants can be opened from both sides of the hem, so you can take them off and put them on without even taking off your shoes. It's great for convenience, such as when you're on a ski lift or taking a hammock break, and you can put them on right away. ■ Compactness that rivals down pants The back pocket becomes a stuff sack, making it compact (17 x 17cm). In winter, use it as a booster for your sleeping bag as usual, and in the high season, use it as a sleeping bag for your lower body.
