I washed the New Balance shoes once at home, and haven't worn them since. The remaining three pairs are outgrown and haven't been washed or worn. They have some dirt because they haven't been washed, but the soles are still in good condition since I rotated wearing the three pairs. They'll be clean if you wash them.
