Downsizing my grandparents' belongings. It probably smells of cigarette smoke and wood burning from a wood stove. There are no noticeable stains, but it's old, and the part at the waist is cracked. The buttons are rusty. I am a novice inspector, so I may have overlooked something. Also, I have a dog, so I will be careful, but there may be some dog hair mixed in. Please consider this with the above in mind.
