Size is M. There's a matching fabric string at the waist. It opens in the front (opens completely). It's a V-neck. The sleeves are three-quarter length. No lining. I received many compliments when wearing this dress. It's useful because you can wear it regardless of the season, such as by putting a turtleneck knit underneath when it's cold.
