This is a light that can be used in parades. I bought it at Sanrio Puroland and kept it at home. My child used it as a toy from time to time, so there are some scratches, but I think it can still be used. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. The light has been tested and confirmed to work. I don't know how much battery life is left, but I will ship it with the batteries inside.
