This is an EVH 5150III 50W amplifier. I purchased it used from Ishibashi Music a few years ago. I think it produces a sound that's irresistible to Eddie Van Halen fans and B'z's Tak Matsumoto fans. Regarding the amp's condition: I'm sorry, but I don't know the condition of the vacuum tubes. I believe I know how to use a tube amp. Also, I don't think the vacuum tubes are the original ones. They were like this when I bought it. However, I bought it from Ishibashi Music, so I don't think there's any mistake. *Please check photo 8; there are marks on the top of the amp where something was placed. This was also the case when I bought it. *All channels have been tested and sound is confirmed. There was no crackling. *Accessories are shown in photo 19. They include the speaker cable, footswitch cable, and power cable that came with the amp when I bought it.
