This is a limited edition "Lamy Safari" pen (a Japan-Germany brand ship pen) commemorating the 150th anniversary of Japan-Germany exchange. Unlike the usual limited edition color series, this Safari is a special edition commemorating the 150th anniversary of Japan-Germany exchange. It was a limited model released in 2012, and a portion of the sales was donated to the Great East Japan Earthquake relief fund. The red button on the cap's top forms the German colors, and the cap is printed with the logo mark of the 150th anniversary of Japan-Germany exchange and the words "150 Jahre Freundschaft" (meaning "150 Years of Friendship"). This item was released exclusively in Japan, with a limited production of 15,000 pens. Two bottles of Lamy blue ink are included.
