This is a mini pleated skirt. The fabric is thick and sturdy. It might be too hot for summer, but it's suitable for other seasons. I'm selling it because the waist size no longer fits. I bought it two years ago and wore it a few times in the fall and winter, but haven't used it since then. It's in good condition.
