These are Diana pumps. The purchase date is unknown. I bought them because they reminded me of Disney's Minnie Mouse. The color is a white and black polka dot pattern. There's a dark pink ribbon on the toes. The surface has fine glitter, making them cute. I think they would also suit cosplay, such as Disney or idol-themed maid outfits! There's a size marking on the sole of the shoe. It's quite faded and hard to see, but I can read 23.5cm. I usually wear 23.0cm Nike sneakers, so I think these might be a bit small for a 23.5cm size.
