It was displayed in a frame. It was mainly used in a room with the curtains closed, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about fading. I don't know the extent of the fading as there is no comparison. As this was a promotional item, there may be some minor scratches. The back of the frame has been reinforced with tape.
