This is a Jerome Callet mouthpiece, known for the Super Chops series. It appears to be a custom model not in the standard lineup. The exterior has a silky design. The shank is a Silky (Yamaha) shank. The inner diameter is about the size of a Bach 12, but the inner rim is clearly defined (though not painfully so), so it doesn't feel cramped. The outer diameter feels like a Bach 10-1/2, with a comfortable, wide rim. The cup depth is shallow, around a D to E, but the structure is a semi-V cup, similar to Yamaha or Silky cups rather than a U-cup. Perhaps because of this, the breath intake is smooth. When played, it produces a surprisingly dark tone. However, when you blow strongly, it gives a crisp sound. In my personal opinion, it might be similar to the mouthpiece Clifford Brown loved. It's likely a vintage piece, with some scratches due to age, but if you don't mind the details, the rim condition is good, so it's a mouthpiece that can be used actively.
