Used a few times, but there are no noticeable scratches, stains, or fading on the exterior of the bag itself. There is a slight peeling on the ribbon part of the charm (please check the image). It has been stored in a dark place with the shape-retaining stuffing inside, just as it was when I bought it. It also comes with a shoulder strap, so you can use it as a 2-way bag. All accessories are included. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it is stored by a private individual. Immediate purchase is welcome.
