It's a durable iron frying pan, resistant to rust thanks to a special heat treatment "4-layer nitriding process." Made in Japan. I kept it specifically for making fried eggs, as you can really taste the difference when using an iron frying pan. I've been using this iron frying pan for a long time, but I washed it thoroughly with detergent before listing it. It's a used item, so there are many scratches, but no warping. I think it's relatively clean.
