This is an OLYMPUS PEN-EE, released in 1961. It's an old item, so I can't confirm if it still takes pictures, and it's being sold as junk. The shutter, buttons, and film advance seem to operate smoothly. The exterior has dirt and minor scratches. I couldn't see it with the naked eye, but there may be dust inside the lens.
