This is the SCHOOL version of Re-MeNT's "NEO LICCA STRAP2." I purchased this over 20 years ago and have kept it sealed at home ever since. It comes with the box and is unopened. Please note that the back of the package is slightly discolored and there is some soiling on the surface, but this is due to its age (over 20 years old).
