This is a sake cup (guinomi/sakazuki) purchased at a solo exhibition held at the Hanshin Department Store around 2012 by Eishin Nagasawa, the fourth generation of Izushi-yaki potters, whose work has been highly acclaimed, including a special selection at the Nitten (Japan Fine Arts Exhibition). I went on the first day, early in the morning, so I was able to choose from a wide selection. It is completely unused. The diameter is just under 8cm. Of the petals, only two are colored pink. The original box, yellow cloth, and documentation from the time of purchase are included, with the exhibition number sticker still attached, so I will send them as they are.
