It's navy tweed, lightweight and easy to move in. There are slits in the sleeves. It also has glitter. There is no elastic in the waist. Size: 3 Waist: 65-69cm Hips: 89-93cm Total length: 55cm I inspected everything, and I didn't find any major damage, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it is stored at home and inspected by an amateur.
