Birthday clothes tend to be short in length, so I think 90 is fine. The lining feels very nice against the skin. It's not flimsy; it has a good thickness. Ribbon on the shoulders. Hem slit & scalloped edges. The back of the neck has elastic, making it easy to put on and take off. Purchased a few years ago. Please understand it has been stored at home.
