I've used this for about a month. I will do my best to take care of it before handing it over, but there are loose threads and signs of wear and tear throughout. It has not been worn directly against the skin. It has not been washed. Although it is inferior to a new item, because the original size was small, it still provides a reasonable amount of compression and hold. *Shipped in simple packaging.
