This is a junk item. It does not power on and cannot be used. When charging, both the case and the main unit light up red, but nothing happens when the charging cable is unplugged. If you can fix it, please consider purchasing it. Purchased in 2021 and used for 1 year. There are scratches on the case and the earphone bodies. Charging cable and replacement ear tips are also included. One pair of ear tips that were in use have been discarded. If you need the outer box, please comment. Shipping will be more expensive with the box, so it will be an additional 600 yen.
