I am listing this because I will not be using it in the future. The cloud-shaped ruler is new, and the lettering plate has been used about twice. Both are large types, making them ideal for posters and drawings B4 size or larger. There are no noticeable stains or damage that I can see, but this is my personal assessment. Therefore, please refrain from purchasing if you are extremely concerned. I hope to pass these on to someone who needs them. Please feel free to comment if you have any questions.
