Thank you for viewing. I found this while cleaning and am offering it for sale as I no longer need it. The thin plastic on the plate has not been peeled off on either side. However, although it is unused, I feel like the lettering has been discolored by the sun. I don't remember where I got this, so I'm very sorry, but I can't answer questions about when I purchased it. When packing, I will reinforce it with cardboard and place it in an envelope with air cushioning for shipping.
