This is a Girard-Perregaux Richeville chronograph with a blue dial, a quintessential example of the tonneau shape. I have owned it since I purchased it new at the Futako Tamagawa Takashimaya foreign buyer's department. I have been collecting it, so I have only worn it out a handful of times. The watch itself, the box, and the instruction manual are all in beautiful condition. Because it's a wooden box, it doesn't have the stickiness that is common with the early vinyl white cases. I had a custom-made crocodile leather strap (unused, 35,000 yen) made by a leather bag specialist that works with Takashimaya. I will also include the original GP logo buckle. (The black strap is aftermarket.)
