Body exterior: A transparent soft cover was used since purchase. The back and sides are generally protected, but there are multiple shiny scratches due to friction with the cover. Controls: There are scratches from fingernails, etc., around the buttons and sticks that were not covered by the cover. Also, the white buttons show signs of dirt from use.
