This item is a junk item. It was used for about a year as a sports bag for my elementary school-aged child's extracurricular activities. Even when heavy items were placed inside, the spring in the shoulder strap helped to reduce the burden on the shoulders. I liked the design and size, but the zipper broke (circled area) and came off the rail. It was used for sports, so it has some signs of wear, but I think it's in relatively good condition. 30L It has many pockets and is easy to use. I am unable to repair it myself, so if anyone can repair it, please consider purchasing it. Please understand that this is a used, junk item before purchasing.
