This is a bib for small dogs. I purchased it in Myeongdong, South Korea. Since it is new and unopened, I cannot explain the size, but the reference sizes are: It is a good size for a 3kg Toy Poodle or a 5kg Bichon Frise. It has a very cute design, so I'm selling it hoping that dogs who don't mind wearing a bib will wear it.
