This is a red agate stone from Sado Island, one of the three great stones of Japan. (Approximately 10 centimeters in diameter) It was part of my grandfather's collection. According to my grandfather, it's worth about 500,000 yen. The brocade color is vivid, and the white patterns are beautifully arranged. It also comes with a stand, making it suitable as a viewing stone. As it is an old item, I've listed it as "some scratches and stains" to avoid any claims. The stand was handmade by my grandfather, who was a craftsman. It's made of wood, but the material is unknown.
