The quality label seems to have come off during washing and is not attached. I cannot specify the material, but based on the feel and texture, it gives the impression of being similar to a rayon blend, with a light drape. I have washed and naturally dried it at home, but I haven't noticed any shrinkage or color fading. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Also, it will be compressed and shipped in simple packaging.
