I wore this during training. I don't remember how many times I used it, but I think it's still usable. I loved it because of the color and the cross-back design, it's super cute! It has some pilling and the shoulder straps are a little stretched from use. There are no pads. The size is XL. Please understand that this is a used item stored at home.
