This is a Petit Bateau tulle skirt with star sequins. I think it's a bit short, so it might be okay for a child around 130cm tall. The waist width is about 29cm with elastic. If the waist is narrow, it might be loose, so please consider this. As shown in the third photo, there's a faint pencil line on the tulle. I've taken a close-up photo, so it's barely noticeable when worn, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Price reduced.
