Winter culottes. They have glitter all over, making them feel wintry. The pleats from the waist down make the hemline fluttery and very cute. The ribbon at the waist is, of course, removable, so you can wear them with your top tucked in or out. I think they'd look very cute paired with black or charcoal gray tights.
