This is a Johnny's Jr. penlight from 2021. I've used it at concerts a few times, and I've confirmed that it lights up properly. It doesn't have the outer bag or backing card, but I will wrap it in bubble wrap for delivery. Please use it not only at concerts but also when watching discs at home! There are no noticeable scratches, but please understand that this is a used item.
