This is an Anpanman nap mat. You can snuggle right inside. I won it in a Muhi giveaway a few years ago. It also comes with a cooling pad inside. It's sold on Nishikawa's official online shop and feels very nice against the skin. I tried it once and haven't had a chance to use it since, so I've been storing it at home. It's almost new, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition.
