Naoki Tominaga: Born in Nagasaki City in 1913 (Taisho 2) – Died in 2006 (Heisei 18) Awarded the Order of Culture in 1989 (Heisei 1). Recognized as an honorary citizen of Nagasaki Prefecture in 1990 (Heisei 2). Served as a director and chairman of the Nitten (Japan Fine Arts Exhibition). Later became an advisor to the Nitten. The artwork is in good condition with no damage.
