This is a down coat from Monnalisa, a luxury Italian children's clothing brand. Purchased from Maimaire. It has been worn for two seasons, so there is some wear and tear. Also, as shown in image 6, there is a snag in the fabric. The size tag is worn and difficult to read, but it is likely a size 140 equivalent. Please refer to the actual measurements.
