This is a layered tailored jacket from the Harajuku brand, Yaponskii. It has a unique design with an attached vest (cannot be removed). The wool fabric is also stretchy and soft to the touch, making it comfortable to wear. While it hasn't been worn much, the button is missing on the right sleeve and the button on the left sleeve is loose. Please refer to the photos if you are concerned.
